A certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach for the past 12 years, Aian offers a unique approach in the delivery of the Clubhouse program, but the daily message is always consistent in order to maintain the integrity and the quality of the Clubhouse experience. After being involved in the AFL system for ten years starting at the Brisbane Lions and finishing at GWS, Aian’s ability to consistently create fun & engaging sessions is a huge attribute in an industry that can often be monotonous and repetitive. The QLD born mental health advocate developed private training clientele from various demographics (athletes, models, actors, business professionals, etc). His movement training philosophy, innovative workouts, and positive energy have transformed his clients’ bodies as well their lives.

Aian felt the public was ready and yearning to take their fitness journey to the next level. His decision to open The Clubhouse stemmed from a desire to fill a void in the industry – personalised, lifestyle focused, no egos, no bulls….. training.

CHRISTIAN SALINAS

Christian is what you would call a ‘lifer’ in the fitness industry. He started his own personal training business at the age of 19 and has since dedicated his life as a coach helping people achieve their goals internationally for over 12 years!

Following his love for human performance, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science whilst playing college basketball at the University of Mobile – Alabama, USA. Christian gained valuable experience training athletes from all sporting backgrounds and continued to develop his knowledge earning a Master’s degree in Kinesiology at California State University Fullerton, USA. He became the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Men’s basketball team, who compete in the prestigious NCAA Division 1. 

Christian has worked with high level USA College and professional athletes during his time abroad and has continued to work with all walks of life in a variety of fitness settings. 1 on 1 personal training, group boot camps, nutrition counselling, or youth fitness programs are a part of his repertoire, but he specialises in sports performance, body transformations and injury rehabilitation. Christian wants people to actually enjoy fitness and we are excited he is bringing his expertise back to Perth! We are very lucky to have such an experienced and decorated fitness professional at The Clubhouse Sweat Studio.

 

MADDY MAINWARING

Madeleine is the newest crew member but is no rookie when it comes to health & fitness. After growing up in such a prominent athletic family, Maddy's drive & passion can't be missed whether it be in her creative one on one or group sessions. With her gymnastics and athletic background, Maddy's experience and diversity in training sessions have always been well known for great success in weight loss and toning. The perfect fit at The Clubhouse as her personality and sense of humour always make sessions highly motivating yet will challenge you beyond your limits.
